**In the case of missing, damaged or wrong items shipped, we reserve the right to refund the cost of the item and a portion of the shipping cost in lieu of shipping replacement items.

**If your order is returned to us or is marked as un-deliverable because it has a wrong address, incomplete address or is missing information that is needed to deliver your order, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

**To be eligible for a refund or replacement you must notify us within 30 days of the date of placing your order. If you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged please email as soon as possible.
